The New Balance Girls on the Run 5K

The New Balance Girls on the Run 5K is a fun, non-competitive, untimed 3.1 mile run/walk where everyone is #1!  The 5K is held at the end of each fall and spring season, on the Saturday before Thanksgiving and on the first Saturday in May. Girls participating in the program complete the event at their own pace with Running Buddies who are either women volunteers from the community or an immediate family member.

Men, women, and children are invited to register for this seasonal event as individual or teams.  All participants receive a New Balance number 1, goody bag, finisher’s t-shirt and refreshments.

***Girls participating in GOTR are automatically registered for the 5K. All Running Buddies, family members, and community members participating in the 5K must register online.
